The service was very friendly overall, but it was a bit off-putting when the staff followed us several blocks trying to mooch a tip after we carried all our bags ourselves. The location was good, especially being close to the nearby Ixtapa and right on a quiet beach. Unfortunately, if in a street-side room, the noise might be an issue. The dining experience, while offering shabu shabu, seemed lacking. The facilities were decent, but there were some misses on cleanliness.
